Netflix CEO Says He Sucks

Well, something like that. Reed Hastings, the cofounder and CEO of Netflix wrote a post on the Netflix Blog in which he said things like, "We lacked respect and humility." And "I slid into arrogance based upon past success." 

Also, Netflix is now two companies. The DVD's that show up in your mailbox will now be from Qwikster, which is spelled wrong. And Netflix will continue to bring you episodes of Mad Men and Doctor Who steaming directly to you computer. 

I've had my Netflix account on hold for the past 5 months. Not because of the price hike, but because they stubbornly continue to not steam weird porno. 

Hastings also said, "I want to acknowledge and thank our many members that stuck with us, and to apologize again to those members, both current and former, who felt we treated them thoughtlessly." This is obviously a reference to the lack of porn thing.
